Mariah appears to be taking a dip in a pool at a luxury hotel or resort. It seems that she was caught off guard in this picture, possibly by a verizon camera phone wielding fan. Anyhow, I'm sure that seconds later she returned to relaxing at the luxury hotel in which she was staying.
